Guest guest
Hi.. I had surgery Oct 5th, and I get the tingles and itches on my chin and lower lip, but still no feeling. As long as you are getting the phantom tingles, that's a good sign -- never regeneration. My doctor said expect 3 months for most feeling to come back, and three years, if ever, for the rest to come back. And I know what you mean about the tightness. Remember, they moved bones around, and you skin was stretched a certain way around the bones -- now that the bone is moved, that skin is even more tightly stretched. Also, the swelling you have (as I do) also make a face feel tight. Just live with it, and it'll eventually go down. At least, that was my OS said.... -Blake \ > > I had upper and lower jaw surgery and chin surgery on Oct 26 and am > still numb in my face and my chin.
