Hi..

I had surgery Oct 5th, and I get the tingles and itches on my chin

and lower lip, but still no feeling. As long as you are getting the

phantom tingles, that's a good sign -- never regeneration. My

doctor said expect 3 months for most feeling to come back, and three

years, if ever, for the rest to come back.

And I know what you mean about the tightness. Remember, they moved

bones around, and you skin was stretched a certain way around the

bones -- now that the bone is moved, that skin is even more tightly

stretched. Also, the swelling you have (as I do) also make a face

feel tight. Just live with it, and it'll eventually go down. At

least, that was my OS said....

Sounds pretty normal to me, everyone comes bk at diff times, some pep

take yrs to totally get all of it back, others days...so

meanwhile,...exercise when you can, but a little at a time...try your

best to use it " like normal " and it should start doing it's thing

again soon....
