I had upper/lower/genio on Oct. 5. Things are going swimmingly, but

now my lower lip and chin are starting to wake up, and the

tingling/tickling is a lot more constant. It keeps me from getting to

sleep at night.

Any ideas on how to ignore the sensation and get some shuteye?

Good luck . bec I didn't find anyway of stopping it. You may

want to take a sleeping aid over the counter if it really gets to

you...but remember this is SUCH a good sign. this Means your nerves

are regenerating and your sensation will return!!!! Congrats!

Mine started early on like yours and I had upper/genio...still get

it, but only sometimes and in smaller places.

Good luck and I did find that while you just have to touch

it...scratching doesn't help, but light touching movements, like if

you had a hair sticking to your cheek, that helped more and watch for

dryness--if you are touching in your sleep your chin may get dry.
