I kind of lurch in the background and get lots of good info. I have been on LDN for a month and cant believe how it has helped. In fact that is what I keep lurking because I am having a hardtime believing it. Could you tell me how to just block for awhile while im gone. Thanks for all your input and knowledge. Guest guest
In early February, FJF, the Farm Worker Pesticide Project and the UFW released a report showing that pesticide handlers in Washington State were experiencing significant levels of cholinesterase depression (based on the first year results of a cholinesterase monitoring program). Last Sunday, the Seattle Post Intelligencer published an excellent editorial calling for increased protections for farmworkers on teh state and federal levels. (This was sent to you earlier). But as part of their editorial, they are taking a poll as to whether people think there should be more protections for farmworkers from pesticides. A good showing in this poll would help us, because a coalition of farmworker groups (including those above and Columbia Legal Services) is working on a bill in Washington State to phase out the most toxic organophosphate and carbamate insecticides. So, please go to the link below and VOTE. Your support is appreciated. http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/opinion/213617_pested.asp?searchpagefrom=1 & searchd\ iff=
Guest guest
I think that it would be wise not to " trash talk " other members on this site. Also, private emails are just that...private. they are not meant for public display. Please refrain.
