My New Year's Eve present to myself was my surgery. I went in at 275

and now(if my scale is trustworthy)I'm at 244. I'm being careful

about my food and I'm walking/working out about 3 miles if not every

day, then every other-depending on my work schedual. But it feels

like it's going so slowly!

Is this as slow as it feels like??

I feel the same way....even though I have lost 87 pounds in like 3 months....I

wish I was losing faster...but losing 2 - 3 pounds a week, like I am doing now,

is probably a lot healthier...it is just disheartening at times to see other

people lose faster cause I think we all use each other as an indicator of how we

should be losing when in fact everyone is different in their weight loss.
