Did your Surgeon make hole on both cheek to place screw??

Hello,

My surgery(move forward my entire lower jaw) is coming this Tuesday

October19. My surgeon told me that he'll make a tiny hole on both

of my cheek to put the screw. I was shocked since I thoght every

pursegure will be done inside my mouth. Did anyone experience like

this?? Please let me know!!
