Guest guest
Best, and least expensive calcium I've found is Super Osteo Enhance (also called Super Calcium) from Vitalady.com. It's calcium citrate (what we must use), plus Vit. D3, boron and ipriflavone for better absorption. The cheapest sublingual B12 I've found is at Trader Joe's - it's a B12, B6, and folic acid tab. If no Trader Joe's near you, VitaLady has a B12 tab, also. << From: SouthernAngelsPC@... Subject: calcium I know i asked this question before but i cant remember what you guys and gals said. I was taking bariatric advantage supplements before but I am looking for something a little cheaper...I am looking for Calcium and B12 Thanks Crystal>> Hawkridge in Washington State.
