Has anyone else tried the Chef's Choice frozen bowls? They have 40-45 grams of

protein (except the Shrimp stirfry only has 15) 5-6 grams sugars and 9-11 grams

of carbs. They are awesome. They are approx 11 oz bowls and you can eat more

than once from one.

Pretty good when 1/2 or less of a serving offers up 20 grams of protein.

Everyone needs convenience once in a while.
