Guest guest
I need help from anyone who has good words of advice. I am 13 months post op and down 150 lbs. Only 15-20 to goal BUT, I am reverting back to old habits of grazing and using food as a comfort instead of finding something else. I'm feeling out of control. So far I haven't put any weight back on, but I don't want to and this has gone on for about a month. How do we get our head to acknowledge that we have to find some other form of coping mechanism rather than eating? I'm sure others have asked this before but I'm still throwing it out there again.
