April Support Group Meeting

Hello!

The April meeting of the Erie Islands Bariatric Support

Group will be held on the THIRD Wednesday, April 16, 2003,

at Mill Street Brews, located at 165 Mill St., Oak Harbor.

The meeting time will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and you'll be

able to order from Mill Street's great deli menu.

Our guest speakers will be Weyandt, Professional Life

Coach and owner of Beauty for Ashes in Oak Harbor. She will

be talking about stress reduction in our lives and how

stress affects our eating habits and mindset towards food.

We'll also have Lange, owner and massage therapist at

Enhance Your Health in Oak Harbor. will talk about

how massage therapy can reduce daily stress and will be

giving free chair massages.

So remember, this month's meeting is the THIRD Wednesday,

not the second. May's meeting will be on the second

Wednesday at Underwood's in Port Clinton.

As always, family, friends and anyone interested in weight

loss surgery is invited to attend.
