Hello, Everyone!

I am going to be 2 yrs post op in April. I still find that this

surgery was the best decision I ever made, but it is definitely a

TOOL. As I have gotten farther out from my surgery date, as you know

the weightloss has slowed down. At this time, I have not lost any

weight in about 3-5 mos. I know that part of the reason is that I

am not making the best choices in my eating habits.

I have tried to up my protein by using the Edge Advant Carb Control

protein drink, which is wonderful. But, I can't seem to get my

weightloss jump started again.

I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions the group might

have. I find that I am more hungry these days too, so if anyone can

tell me exactly how many calories a 22 mo post op RNY should be

eating at this stage, and still be able to lose weight, I would

appreciate that too.

Thank you,

Nikki
