Just for record and " testing results " my husband has Cluster headaches --

after trying the whole gambit of usual medications I had to call his doc

yesterday and ASK SPECIFICALLY for Topamax... the doctor agreed but said

he's heard too many pro's and con's (side effects) such as those you

mentioned *sigh* I don't really care -- he's pretty well non-functional

anyway so what difference does it make if he can't think as well.. he can't

think at all with the headaches...

Anyway... we started a low dose last night -- upping every 3 days till we

get to 100mg and am hoping to no end that this will finally be the drug to

break the cycle...
