Does Photoderm help sandpaper like skin

Hi,

I do not have the papules or pustules usually associated with

cea but my skin has gone from being very smooth to very rough

with heaps of tiny bumps under skin. Can Photoderm help eliminate

this bumpy/sandpaper textured skin?
