Guest guest
Dear Group: I have been following the group since around May...My 15 1/2 year old son had his lower jaw advancement surgery June 15, and this afternoon, August 16, he had his LAST follow up appointment with the oral surgeon. This group has been an incredibly helpful source of information for us during a very challenging time...It was so helpful to find you all (I asked the " throw up " worry question very late one night as the mom...It's good to see that others continue to have similar concerns.) Thank you to everyone who has shared their experiences via this group, and to those who have written to me personally as I worked on being a supportive mom to my son. To have such a specific place to go with concerns and questions has been invaluable. Good luck to you all as we move back into a more routine existence!
