Hi- im from England & had bottom & top jaw surgery a month ago to

correct an underbite. I was very disheartened by the MASSIVE amount

of swelling i had following surgery & a friend recommended Manuka

Honey. It has legendary healing properties as it promotes the

reformation of tissues & nerves... i put a spoonful of it in (hot)

water but u can take it by the spoonful too. it tastes really nice

too & since ive started taking it the swelling has gone dowm

dramatically & a lot of sensation has returned. It may just be

psychological but its worth a try!!

I also took Arnica tablets & liquid which is an alternative

medicine which also calm swelling & bruising!

hope this is useful- happy healing!
