Guest guest
Georgia! Well, how the heck are ya????!?!??!? This is SO going to be like old times! Hehehe. I hardly ever get over here anymore but I had a bit of insomnia tonight and thought I'd lurk and there I see ga_1962 and I had to blink a few times as I remembered your user name. Couldn't believe you were here! This is a bit eery because this is the first time I've logged in in quite some time and it was just after you posted. Something brought me here ... maybe it was that guardian angel you sent to the hospital during my second surgery .... I am sorry you are currently in the throes of healing once again but am very hopeful you will love your results soon enough. And REALLY sorry you had to " ralph " after surgery. You do remember that was my greatest fear (next to those nasty impressions). You know I know what it's like to ping pong between " Sides " and to make it to the Other Side for a second time. My surgeries were only 6 months apart but I gather that no matter much time in between, you never quite forget how challenging it all was. I remember after Surgery 2 thinking, " Boy I forgot about how hard some of this is " but again, this stage will become a distant memory for you in due time. I wish you very quick healing and a perfect result. Hang in there, you can do it, girl! I think you may already know this, but Donna (dolfan) is moving from California to Florida. If all goes as planned, she'll be there by the end of September. I know you are still in Georgia (I think) but you will be so much closer now. You have GOT to hook up. You'll love her, she's awesome. Continued good healing, my old friend. Irish! > Well I had all but one screw removed Wed. (the doc said one was > embedded with tissue & bone & skipped it) I also had jaw implants > put in.
