Guest guest
Behavior modification ws develope at he University of Mn in the 1940s by BF Skinner...I usually think of it as a way to train animals...but! General Mills...of Wheaties and Betty Crocker, and that stuff, dveloped a weight loss program nthe early 1070s called Changing Weighs. I don't know whatever became of it, but it was behavior modification based. We live about 2 1/2 miles up the hiway from the General Mills HQ. Meetings were held at the HQ buildings...and the Changing Weighs parking area was the FURTHEST from the building! Corrine
