Hi Neci,

My level was just over the " normal " range. If I start taking more calcium,

this should put my levels back to normal then. I sure hope so. I should have

known better. I'm so good about taking my vitamins and a sublingual B-12 but

I'm a little lax on calcium. I guess we can't be lax on anything. Some day

I'll get that into my little pea brain.

Reminder: DON'T FORGET TO TAKE OODLES OF EXTRA VITAMIN D, TOO!

You will need it to be able to absorb the calcium.
