Dear brave souls:

You know, I wouldnt be bringing this up if I wasn't concerned about all of

us. It's just too important to laugh off.

okay; er, um, here's the scoop, so to speak. Centrum with Lutein, passed 13

undissolved tablets in last three days. Truly undissolved, like 2/3s of tab

still intact. Most of you remember I was hospitalized three weeks ago for

severe pain; this was part of it.

I feel shaky about trusting now of any " tablet " vitamin since I have been

researching on internet about how they are made, how few companies are tested

on a reg basis to make sure quality and quantity of vits are really present,

how few use usp guidelines, how many use a variety of stearate and dcp

binders that do not dissolve well for normies. If they don't dissolve well

for normies, how do they do for people with the various kinds of gb? Geez.

Well, for this girl, they only dissolve 1/3 of the way, the rest stays inside

for as long as it like apparently, and then goes to whre deceased goldfish

go. I am waiting breathless to see how MANY MORE make their appearance. Not

to mention how un-vitamined I have been for almost four months of taking

these wretches.

If anyone wants to test how to check their poop for undissolved tablets,

email me privately. I took FIVE out this afternoon. Amazing. Even I am amazed

who has seen a --itload of just about everything in prisons, trauma

hospitals, morgues. It is too *delicate* to go into on-list (I swear)(You

probably already know how anyway)

Please be well, and know that when some folk post onlist that they have

failed to take their vits for a year or two it makes my hair go on fire. the

precious body cannot do its best without us.

love,

ceep
