Anybody had mandibular expansion?

I know SARPE is common but has anybody had lower jaw expansion?

I am contemplating having a SARPE but I am not sure if that will

require expanding lower jaw as well. I did have orthognatic work up

last week. The doctor took bite impressions but did not say more. In

3 weeks I will go to see a doctor to actually hear what he can do

about my bite. I do not know why but 3 weeks now seems awfully long

time now. Thanks in advance if anybody is willing to share their

opinions.
