Ok So i went to the OS today, I am 12 days Post-op and have of course

been told to continue with " soft foods " for the next 4 weeks. Soft

foods for me have been mashed potatoes, soup, creamed wheat Etc. I

am just wondering if there is more out there that i can eat. I dont

want to put meals in a blender bc i dont think i can handle that. My

question is just am I able to eat food such as bread? I have had a

real craving for a PB & J! I had Lower advancement and genio. I was

not wired or banded at all and am wearing just two bands at night. I

know everyone is different and you may not be able to answer this

question but ill take any input at all about what you all had eaten

during the Soft Food stage.
