Guest guest
Hmm, well this is interesting. I posted about my fear because I had a day of voracious appetite unlike any I have experienced since my surgery. Looking back on it, I have a feeling it may have been triggered by changing my workout and by doing a 7 mile walk/jog. I was ravenous!! The funny thing is, when I weighed the next day, I had actually lost half a pound! Think what it would have been if I hadn't had the popcorn and cheetos. Yesterday I was back to my protein shake, zuchinni squash, etc. Still continuing with a new weight lifting program and I am SORE!! I need to build some muscle though to keep my metabolism moving. When I did the walk/jog it was the first time I have run in 25 years!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder I passed out for an hour afterwards! Vicki A.
