Guest guest
: Thank you so much for the great site! I like that it's in plain English! I feel as though I have a better understanding of what's happening when it hits. Also, I would love to get together to work out in the future (or hire you to be my personal trainer if/when you decide to do that! congratz on your certification!!!!). I'm going to take the first step in getting BACK to exercising this weekend: I'm going to go purchase an exercycle. Wally World has one for about a hundred bucks. I figure I'll start with that, and then get a treadmill. I started on a treadmill before...first for five minutes...then seven...etc. I need to exercise in private first, until I get my groove back. *sigh* I was hiking three or four times a week for an hour each time (tough hills, too!) only a year ago, plus playing tennis. It's *SO* darned easy to get out of the groove. Eventually, I'll either get a gym membership for the aerobics classes and working out (I used to work 1/2 a block from the Gold's Gym in Mtn View...now I drive by it if I take 101 to/from home in San ), or turn one of the spare bedrooms into an exercise room. I'll look you up when I'm not feeling like hiding my body under tents again! LoL! =P~ =) =) Arrrrgggggh! I couldn't button my jeans this morning. My clothes are tight. It's an epidemic. Count me in for POC for at least Monday. I'll take it day by day. I need to beat down the carb monster again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pandy aka Staci =) http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/bandafter.phtml?Member_ID=O1027097663 Just in case .... Here's an excellent explanation on the web of Hypoglycemia. I have reactive hypoglycemia myself. http://www.fred.net/slowup/hcauses.txt
