Guest guest
Hi...I have read many messages on this forum..and find them all quite helpful. I have read Dr. Nase' book..and I found that full of information as well. I do take Ester-C, Grapeseed Extract, Barleans Omega Twin - Borage Oil/Flaxseed Oil and Spironolactone..and limit my food intake. I also am on Doxycycline 100mg a day for my cea. I am currently looking into the " PhotoDearm/PhotoFacials. " Can someone tell me the difference? My flushing is under control..but it is because I do not eat that much. I have lost so much weight..but my face is near clear..and not that red. I do have Seb Derm as well. Has anyone tried " FaceDoctor " soap? I got it on-line..and it doesn't hurt my face..plus it helped clear the acne, control the Demodex Mites (which I was tested for) and it does not irritate my Seb Derm. I use vinegar rinses on my scalp..and Nizoral Shampoo. Let me tell you..between the two..the Vinegar is cheaper..and it works better!!! I used to be on an MSM supplement..but I went through a period where I didn't have a lot of money...and I stopped taking it for four months. That is when my face " bloomed " and the acne was horrible. Two weeks later..I was diagnosed with " Acne cea. " This was two months ago. I read somewhere that MSM heats up your intestines...does anyone know if this is true and if it is...would that make the cea worse? I want to start taking it again..because it is fantastic at controlling yeast infections, pain and inflamation and especially Seb Derm. Mainly, I am scared to try the PhotoDerm/Photofacial. I live in Seattle, WA. Does anyone know of anyone reliable Dermatologist that does laser treatments? I want a doctor to do the treatments...not some damn " tech. " I have very fair sensitive skin..and this scares the crap out of me. Not to mention the 2,500 they wanna charge for 5 treatments. Is there any hope? If anyone could get back to me..I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you to everyone who reads this message..and I am so happy to be a part of this group. Sincerely, Annette
