setting off metl detectors

I already have some hardware due to two implants and as of thursday

will have more from upper and probaly lower jaw surgery and in a

couple years will have more from more implants. Anway has anyone had

trouble with setting off metal detectors at the airport with all the

plates and screws from the jaw surgery? I travel usually once a year

internationally and go through a lot of screenings and I was just

wondering if this would be an issue?
