Hello, everybody. I just saw that the AP has linked a dietary

substance containing Ephedra to the death of Steve Bechler, a

prospective pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles.

Please, if you're considering taking any dietary supplement for

weight loss, research it carefully. Ephedra has been linked to heat-

related deaths and strokes in otherwise young, healthy people.
