How can I relax?

A while back there were a few posts about meditation and

relaxation (because as we all know, anger and stress can

aggrevate cea). This has been easily one of the worst weeks

of my life, and even though my skin was looking great before, its

starting to deteriorate. How can I get the worry, and stress,

and anger, and sadness etc to take a vacation? (antidepressants

arent an option at the moment, for health reasons, I'm looking

for coping techniques, things of that sort)

i'll guess this was meant for the whole group

not for me.

Look it up on the internet for a teacher (you have to be taught properly).
