upper gi being done this morning

If you all could send well wish thoughts my way I'm off into the city for the

upper gi this morning at 8:30. I'm going alone and I'm a bit nervous. I know the

procedure itself isn't bad I just don't relish the thought of drinking that

barium .. and then the results.

Anyway just putting it out there. Thanks for listening.
