Guest guest
Wow Crystal I can see a major difference already!!! You must be thrilled. I don't know what to tell you about the shakes. I have the same problem. I have tried them periodically to see if I can tolerate them and they always come right back up. My pouch just won't do it. However I am getting 60 grams of protein a day and as long as you can do that you don't HAVE to drink those shakes. I do try to get above 60 when I can but Somedays I am doing good to get that in. So if the shakes continue to be a problem just try to get your protein in via food. It is definitely tough at first but now at 4 months post op I have very little trouble getting it in. New PIcs added and update! Hi everyone. I just added my 8 week post op pics to my southernangels album. For the last 3 weeks I have been on a major plateau.
