The problem here.. as I see it from reading and re reading all the

posts... is that

You privately emailed Mandy to take the Gelatin topic off list and email

Joan back and forth.

I for one was getting some interesting info and point of views about said

Gelatin.

My interpretation is that you Censored Mandy.... were you just tired of the

Gelatin?

How fair is that?

What's more.. you didn't post to the group to suggest it being taken off

list... but

sent her private email requesting so.

If you felt so strong in your convictions.. shouldn't it have been posted

to the group???

Many moderators step in if a topic is getting too heated and suggest that

the topic be closed...

or remind people to refocus.

You didn't do that.

Mandy was hurt and obviously felt singled out and Censored by what you

asked her to do?

Yes.. she was sarcastic... but she was angry and hurt.

In her anger.. she expressed her FEELINGS on the subject.

You showed NO Compassion... but wielded your power as moderator like a

sword to cut

her off at the knees.

Instead of forgiving her for becoming angry for something you initiated...

you punished her.

You took away her support.... left her hanging in the wind.

That Lori... was the real Crime here.

I'm sorry but I do not agree. The Gelatin conversation had gone on not

only this one time but once before not even a week ago. I believe that

Lori did the right thing by asking Mandy to email Joan and whomever else

wanting the information privately and I do not believe that Mandy had

the right to personally attack Lori....that was rude and uncalled for.
