Guest guest
Absolutely nothing wrong with taking capsules, , as long as they're calcium citrate. Matter of personal preferences, basically. I do better with capsules, and take a total of 3500 mg/day - 1000 w/lunch and dinner, 1500 at bedtime. We are reported to absorb more calcium while we sleep than any other time. Mostly, it's believed because our bones are not weightbearing at the time. << Subject: Re: Re: Digest Number 1802 I take calcium tablets..I have noticed that no one else seems to be taking them. Is there something wrong with taking them? I take many vitamins each day including a prenatal vitamin (script form). Thanks, Steph>> Hawkridge in Washington State.
