Re: concerned about weight, I GAINED during my recovery

That's right, I gained a whopping 10 lbs during my six weeks off

from eating " normally " . Weight gain or loss is simple

thermodynamics (which is why I have little understanding for the

obese). I dumped bananas, eggs, cream, you name it into my

blender shakes. I also blended up potatoes, gravy, meat,

vegetables, added milk to make it more liquid. I actually had to

work to lose the weight I gained. There is no reason to lose

weight just because you can't chew. It's very simple to get 2000,

3000 calories or more per day in a liquid or semi liquid form.
