Call her and tell her exactly in the words you told us. That is as perfect an apology as I have ever heard all in itself, the story of how it happened, and what you realize now. That's a full apology. If you feel you can, also think of saying in your own words, " I am so sorry, I hope that you will forgive me. I have missed you. " For most of us, if someone were to say this after telling us the story of how they acted and what they now realize, it melts the frozen sea inside us and forgiveness comes rushing out... I know you know that a real apology is more than just saying I am sorry. It is telling the story of the journey. Then the sorry comes at the end. I have admired far more often people who become conscious and courageous, both go for it; we are only here for a short time... think how happy Creator will be that you give another person's heart a chance to be free also. love, ceep g-mom
