Date finally scheduled!

Finally got a surgery date ... December 29th. Also had some

startling news my " lower only " has been replaced with upper moving

5mm and lower moving 10mm. So my next question for all of you is...

for those who have been through this how long have you taken off

from work or school? Also what has the aftermath been like? Just

trying to get informed so I will be less suprised when it's my turn?

Also as a side note in one day I was called by my surgeon's office

and told the only hospital in the region (with the right equipment)

was not on my insurance plan and I totaly freaked, so I went online

to my insurance company and checked that it is a covered facility

and called to check also was told that it is a covered facility.

Talk about nervous! I am looking forward to hearing from anyone who

would like to share their experiences with me.
