Guest guest
Thank you so much to all of you who sent the labs to go by, the supplements to take, and the scheduling of them - very much appreciated, plus the words of encouragement. Thanks !!! Today, I saw my new physician, and I am very happy with her. I asked for my lab report, and she said 'no problem' - I also told her why we had to compare reports, not just the levels. She is willing to learn, and was impressed that I had all of my records from Alaska, and also from my WLS. Soooooo, today I had a full fledged yearly physical - including pap, mammo, all labs (and then some), and a bone density test. I was there for 4 hours. She said all results should be back within a week or so, as they had to send some to Spokane. I am so glad that I had all of this taken care of in an expedient manner. I just want to add that I asked her about a letter for my hernia repair. TT, and breast lift - she said just let her know when I need it !!! Also, I am just now getting rid of a rash under my left breast - so she was able to document it - and also write a script. I am feeling much better after my bout with dehydration. The headache is getting better every day, thank goodness. I am drinking water, herbal tea, and Crystal light - in great quanities I might add. I hope everyone out there is doing well. I don't write very often, but I do read the digest. I also e-mail privately, quite frequently. I am happy to say that we have a great Support Group, within a half hour drive of my home, and it is much more organized, and has a wealth of good information - much better than my group in Alaska.
