When you get ready to post, look at the " to: " box. I always have to

change it to the grad group, otherwise, it only goes to the person

that posted the original question. This confused me alot at first

too.

OK, I knew it had to be something silly I was doing.

I am 13 months post op, I would say I adverage 1000 calories a day.

I have been very slow to loose weight of late. In fact over the week

that it sleated I actualy gained weight.

I keep a public journal on fitday.com I would welcome any of you to

view it and comment on what I eat. I have lost 295 lbs so far and

want to loose at least another 75. I hope to do this by July.

I know that is probably unrealistic but who would have thought I

could loose as much as I have in only 13 months. Even my surgeon is

surprised. I have started riding my bike to work. It's a ten mile

trip one way, so that's 20 miles a day. If that does not encourage

the weight to leave I don't know what will.

The URL to my website is http://home.attbi.com/~ayoder/index.htm

You can see the link to my fitday journal there or just read about

another BIG LOOSER who had weight loss surgery.. (GRIN)

, you have to hit reply to ALL to get everything to come to the list.

If you just hit reply then it only goes to the person who wrote the original

post.

OK DUMB QUESTION TIME

If I reply to a previous post, does only the person who originaly

posted the comment get the reply or does everyone. Nothing I post in

reply to a comment seems to post. But anything I just post myself

seems to work fine. I must be doing something wrong..

, You need to hit the reply all button -- otherwise it just goes to the

original poster and not the group. :)
