muscle relaxers---zzzzzzz!

hi-

just curious, anyone ever taken muscle relaxers...

I got flexeril for before bedtime...bec stress has me clenching

closed all nt and my god does that hurt waking up chrunched shut. So

took 2 so far...and I have been living the life of trying to fit

everything into the day...so I can't be sure but I think these things

are kicking my ass.

I wonder how long they typically last in your system?

I napped 2 times for like 15-45 mins yesterday and at the desk

today...Got toothpicks for my eye lids? I need them.THIS is not

normal for me.

Meds ususally don't have dramatic effects on me, only allergies to

Antibios, or I have the one very rare side effect-like T3 gave me

insomnia and when I did sleep-it was brief and oh my the dreams were

insane and intense. But other pain killers fine, valium fine, anti

inflamitories fine, even steriods ok too....

oh and ironically i was told I had these yrs ago, and am good about

remembering details --but while the name rang a bell the drowizness

doesn't.

any help?

is it meds or life?
