Re: What to do while on a treadmill

When I'm on the treadmill, I usually have my discman on and listen to my

music for a change, rather than what the kids want to listen to. If I'm

not in the music mood, then I make " to do " lists in my head or just

think about things and day dream a little. Things I don't get to do

during the course of a normal day taking care of all that needs to get

done around here. Believe it or not, I actually compose my papers that

are due for school and as soon as I get off the treadmill, run to the

computer and let it all fly.

I also sweat, pray for a power outage or hope that the doorbell will

ring and Ben Affleck will be on the other side with that great smile of

his and tell me that I'm much prettier, sexier and have a smaller butt

than " J-Lo " and that it has and always will be me who he wants. See, day

dreaming can be quite cathartic if you put your mind to it.
