lou, as you know my husband Ken was also diagosed with PSP and then it

turned out in the autopsy to be MSA. He definitely had that death grip that

you had to pry loose his fingers, so I inclined to believe that also can be

a part of MSA. He was not so mean as some I have heard described but he

had his days, where he thought I was being mean to him. And sometimes I

probably was, when my patience wore thin. But he did not have that complete

change of personality that I have heard some describe.
