Guest guest
Here is something that tastes decent, keeps me full and energetic without feeling bloated: 1 packet chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast(the one labeled Carb Conscious); 8OZ 2% milk 1 level scoop Any Whey Protein Powder(virtually tasteless)by Optimum Nutrition In a glass, fold in the Carnation and the protein powder, then add milk and stir well. Approx 270 calories, 8.5g fat, 29 wonderful grams of protein. I got this protein powder from GNC, and I love it because it smells very pleasant, is not chalky, and it is fat-free and lactose-free, plus you can bake with it too!
