Hey Becky,

I currently have my jaw banded shut, and the surgeons gave me a

handy little booklet called " Dinner Through A Straw " . This site may

From my experience so far, I can eat pretty much anything, as long

as I put it in a blender first. Earlier today I drank a peanut

butter and jelly sandwich -- peanut butter, jelly, 2 slices of

bread, 8 ounces of milk -- and it was actually really good.

When I started I weighed 185 and I'm 6'0 " and 22 years old. Now I

weigh about 175 and my waist is s full size smaller; it's only been

2 weeks. I think weight loss is inevitable, there's just so much

food you can drink before you get sick of it.

Hi Becky,

Try to get your son to do at least one can of Ensure a day - if you

check the label you can see there's a lot of nutritional value in it.

My favourite flavour was butter pecan.

I think you can blend just about anything if you add enough liquid.

Try to get your son to do at least one can of Ensure a day - if you

check the label you can see there's a lot of nutritional value in it.
