Noises usually don't mean your screws or plates are coming loose, but rather, that your jaws and muscles are struggling to assume their new positions -- or rather, struggling against the changes. All that said, it never hurts to call the surgeon's office and check. better to do it on a Friday than worry all weekend about it! Cammie > > hi my name is beth.
