All of this has happened to others, and it's not particularly

unusual. Noises usually don't mean your screws or plates are coming

loose, but rather, that your jaws and muscles are struggling to

assume their new positions -- or rather, struggling against the

changes.

All that said, it never hurts to call the surgeon's office and check.

better to do it on a Friday than worry all weekend about it!
