Re: sinus pain...from surgery???

I doubt it myself. I had a bout of sinusitis (way pre-op) but thought

I had an infected tooth, no congestion, terrible pain near the roots

of my upper teeth. Thankfully that has never returned, but my dentist

took xrays to be sure and sent me to my general physician.

If you're still on periodic checkups with your surgeon, you could

give him/her a call, or talk to your general physician about it.

I havent seen my surgeon since last November (2003). I think I will

wait a while before I do anything about it to see if it goes away

first.

Do call or see the doc if it starts to get worse or persistent.

Sometimes the hardware can work itself loose and cause infection. I

really don't remember what my general physician did for my sinusitis,

she probably put me on a round of antibiotics (it was a long time

ago).
