Tara,

You mentioned that you get hungry every 2-3 hours. That is exactly my eating

schedule. I eat every 2-3 hours...small meals which total about 1250 cals

each day.

Your plan is Ok if it is OK with you. I know that I never feel as though I

have eaten anything when I use shakes. I am full temporarily, but not

satisfied and I always want to eat an hour later. I do use one protein bar

during the day....if I am in my car alot and don't have access to " real

food " .

If you are looking for suggestions....you might try packing a small cooler

with things like broccoli florets and other fresh " nibbly " veggies...and of

course incude some protein source...string cheese (my personal favorite), or

sliced turkey ..etc. Just my humble opinion. Kim O
