Guest guest
While I acknowledge that surgery can help (and sometimes not), I think the surgery should be a last resort. It's possible that therapy can help, also self-exercise. I had to make some modifications to my workstation at work (keyboard tray, monitor height changed, new chair), and try to spend less time on the computer at home. All of that helped to bring me back from a bad situation. I think it depends on the type of work you do repetitively, I know Cammie's job is hard on her, and I also have a friend who's a dental hygienist who can no longer work due to RSI. > > > hi guys... > > > get this...feeling alright. insomnia has moved on-thank god-and > > the > > > pain is mostly tollerable...but 2 things are not so perfect. > > > > > > I am regenerating my nerves...uncomfortable but lucky that it is > > > happening and thankful. still lots of numbness on my face, but > ok. > > > here's the weird thing...since I got home, I noticed my shoulder > > > hurting...now I read a LOT, so I knew about lymp drainage...and > > did > > > feel some of that last week as it all settled.
