My husband was seen by Dr. Fealey of the Rochester May Clinic in

August of 1999. His diagnosis was multiple system atrophy with an

olivopontocerebellar degeneration. He had a thermoregulatory sweating test

which showed that sweating was absent over most of his trunk and lower

extremities. His autonomic reflex test showed that he had substantial

autonomic failure.

We were treated very well by all the staff and I am glad that we went. My

husband died on May 24, 2002.
