i am 6 yrs post protein was hard for me to but .. tofu is the best you can put

it in shakes and food you eat it has no taste and takes on the flavor .. please

get your protein in i have in larged spleen because of it and low platelits

lost alot of blood during child birth because of low iron...

No matter how tired, be sure to walk, walk, walk when awake. Take all the naps

you need, but be sure to walk so the blood in your legs keeps circulating and

the above doesnt happen to you.
