Recommended MD's in the midwest?

Hi everyone. A little depressed right now as my condition has

suddenly gone into fit. This disease is so bizarre. A product I was

using for months suddenly made my face burn yesterday. Disheartening

but also sort of fascinating to see how violently my skin reacted.

In any case, I have a nice, fat case of moderate rosacea without

papules/pustules (yet, I guess). But I can see the telangiectasia

(sp??) is becoming visible and I'm pretty sure it's all starting to

affect my eyes. So, given my condition has taken a turn on me, I'm

thinking seriously about coming back to the States for treatment by a

doctor(s) whom I can speak with in English (in S. Korea right now).

I'll be returning to the midwest (Iowa) and would like to know if

anyone has visited/can recommend a dermatologist in Iowa. More

importantly, I'm thinking pretty seriously about giving photoderm a

shot. Any success with photoderm rosacea specialists in Iowa,

Illinois, Minnesota, Missourri, Wisconsin, etc?
