Hi Ann:

I guess there is a few on the group that are alot alike. Fred always let's

me know how to drive. His only tried to drive the car once in two years. My

finger's were white from holding onto the door. :o) . I'm not so sure his

much safer in his electric w/c. Bill asked me about him today. I've

enclosed what I wrote to him. You can see from what I wrote to him and see

why I'm not so sure, this is any safer then the car.

>>As for Fred, sorry but I can't keep that man tied down. Not even sure the

electric w/c is safe for him. I think you know what I mean from the meeting

at your house and how he drives one. Well that hasn't changed any, still the

same type of driving. I turn the speed down, but he'll turn it up. He went

to his friend house just down the street on it today to say hi. His friend

had been gone two weeks and Fred hadn't seen him. Anyway Fred got on his

electric w/c to go the few house, went up to Harveys house up the grasses

slope and then he ended up turning it to the right and ended up in a plant,

with the electric w/c half on the step and half on the sidewalk. He couldn't

get it to move anywhere and he couldn't get off because he was in the plant.

I could see something had happen from my house , so I ran down the street to

what was wrong. I had to knock on Harvey's door to get him to help me get the

w/c back on the sidewalk and Fred out of the plant. So what maybe safe for

some, I don't think will be for Fred. I cut the speed way down, hoping that

will help. We shall see.<<

All I have to say Ann, is stay off the sidewalk when Fred is on it. :o)
