Hi !

I rock climb, so I feel your pain! I'm not allowed to climb again

until I'm at least 10 weeks post-op. I'm also just over 2 weeks post

op right now. I feel good enough to do some light weight lifting or

moderate hiking, but I don't think I could run right now.. I've never

been much of a runner, so you may be different. Unfortunately I

didn't remember to ask my OS about it yesterday so I have to wait

another week to see if I can get out and hike or start working on

retaining some of my strength. :)
