Guest guest
Not a burning issue - but one that I wonder about. I accept that we can only absorb a dosage of 500 mg per shot of calcium. But, how long before we process that dose and can take on another one? I am better about taking vitamins in the morning, my schedule just works out that way. So, if I could take a dose every hour, it would be easier for me than timing the dosages 4 hours apart. Any generalizations about how long until our bodies can make use of another dose?
